Sahmyook University Museum, led by President Je Hae-jong, has entered into a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with KBS Art Vision for the development and technological collaboration in cultural and artistic content. The agreement was signed on the 13th of the month at the university’s Centennial Memorial Hall, illustrating both institutions' commitment to leverage their resources for mutual cooperation. The focus of the MOU is to jointly plan and develop high-quality cultural and artistic content that benefits both parties.

KBS Art Vision, a subsidiary of the Korean Broadcasting System, is known for its involvement in major cultural events and exhibitions, including the 80th Anniversary of Liberation concert featuring Cho Yong-pil and APEC conferences. The Sahmyook University Museum aims to implement the sophisticated media and video exhibition expertise of KBS Art Vision into its exhibition spaces, thereby enhancing its content development and media technology capabilities. The collaboration seeks to create a synergy that will elevate the visitor experience through improved cultural content.

Specific components of the MOU include building networks for the overall production and operation of cultural and artistic content, research into technology-based content production, practical applications of digital video, and the modeling of collaborative planning through international events. Both institutions expressed optimism about this collaboration, with Sahmyook’s museum director highlighting KBS Art Vision as a symbol of broadcasting innovation in Korea, while KBS Art Vision’s CEO emphasized the potential for creating unique cultural exhibitions through a blend of various media technologies.
