For the first time in history, Michelin inspectors will evaluate restaurants across all of Poland, marking a significant milestone in the country's culinary scene. Previously, Michelin's assessments focused mainly on cities like Warsaw, Poznań, Kraków, and Wrocław, along with the Pomeranian region. The recent collaboration between Michelin and the Polish Tourism Organization has broadened the scope of the Michelin Guide, allowing more regions and cities to be included.

The expansion will now encompass new areas, such as Białystok, Katowice, and Łódź, as well as seaside resorts and suburban locations. International director of the Michelin Guide, Gwendal Poullennec, expressed enthusiasm about extending the guide across Poland, stating it will enable a wider audience to appreciate the talents of numerous chefs throughout the country.
