Estonian rhythmic gymnast achieves two top-three placements at Tartu GP competition

Sofia Jakovleva, an Estonian rhythmic gymnast, made a remarkable impression at the Grand Prix competition held in Tartu, securing a second place in the ribbon event and a third place in the clubs routine. In the ribbon event, the gold was claimed by Ukrainian gymnast Taisiia Onofriichuk, while Jakovleva followed closely with a score of 27.3 points. The competitiveness of this event highlights the significant skill level present in the sport at this international competition.

In the clubs routine, it was Polish gymnast Liliana Lewinska who took home the gold with 29.55 points, while Jakovleva again showcased her talent with a commendable third-place finish, underscoring her potential on the international stage.
