Estonian gymnast won two medals at the individual events competition in Tartu

Sofia Jakovleva, an Estonian gymnast, excelled at the Grand Prix individual events competition held in Tartu, where she secured two medals: a silver in the ribbon routine and a bronze in the clubs routine. The competition featured notable performances from other gymnasts, with Ukrainian athlete Taisiia Onofriitšuk taking the gold in the ribbon event by scoring 27.55 points, followed closely by Jakovleva who scored 27.3 points for the silver. Meanwhile, in the clubs event, Polish gymnast Liliana Lewinska claimed first place with a score of 29.55 points, while Jakovleva again performed commendably to win bronze with 27.55 points.

The Estonian Gymnastics Federation's Sports Director, Margot Võsokov, expressed that Jakovleva's impressive results were a delightful surprise, highlighting her hard work and ambition leading up to the competition.
