Särkänniemi amusement park in Finland has announced the completion of its new roller coaster named Konect, which is positioned to open in the upcoming summer. The construction of the ride, which is the largest investment for the park in the past ten years, has recently been finished with the last piece of track installed. This new attraction is set against the picturesque backdrop of Lake Näsijärvi and promises to be a unique experience as it is specifically designed for Särkänniemi and unlike any other ride in the country.

The Konect roller coaster is particularly noteworthy as it is Finland's first major roller coaster that allows riders who are 100 centimeters tall, accompanied by an adult guardian. The park describes it as a 'family roller coaster', highlighting its appeal to a wide range of visitors, particularly families with young children.
