The Kuje Area Council election's chairmanship results have been postponed as reported by the Supervising Resident Electoral Commissioner, Abubakar Dambo. Dambo explained that the delay resulted from collation officers mistakenly going to the wrong location, necessitating their return to the INEC office before they could proceed to finalize the results. He assured that the officers were expected to return shortly from Kabi ward to complete the process. The issue has led to Kuje being highlighted as the only area council with pending results, as all other councils have successfully announced their outcomes.
