Driver dies after being ejected from vehicle in collision between two cars in RS; two injured

A driver died and two others were injured in a car collision in Pareci Novo, Brazil.

A tragic car accident occurred in Pareci Novo, located in the metropolitan region of Brazil, resulting in the death of a driver and injuries to two other individuals. The collision happened on Saturday and involved a Santana vehicle that collided with a Polo vehicle, leading to a severe impact. Witnesses noted that the impact was frontal-lateral, which is known to increase the risk of serious injuries in such accidents.

The driver of the Santana was ejected from the vehicle upon impact, suffering from severe head trauma and multiple fractures. Emergency services, including the Volunteer Firefighters of Pareci Novo, responded rapidly to the incident, providing initial assistance. Unfortunately, despite being rushed to Hospital Montenegro, the driver succumbed to his injuries shortly after arrival.

In the Polo vehicle, the driver was reported to have a suspected fracture in his left ankle, while the passenger experienced chest pain. Both individuals were also treated by the firefighters, showcasing the importance of swift emergency response in serious vehicular collisions.
