The renovation project at the Pažaislis Monastery in Lithuania, backed by Monte Pacis, aims to address the urgent needs of the monastery's stable and carriage buildings, which are in a state of disrepair. According to Algirdas Ramanauskas, the financial director of Monte Pacis, preserving one of Lithuania's significant heritage sites necessitates substantial investment, even though the buildings are not owned by them and their use is temporary. The project intends to adhere to all heritage conservation regulations, ensuring that the exterior of the buildings remains unchanged while modifications will largely occur within the structures.

Ramanauskas highlighted that the renewed buildings will host a multifunctional cultural and art space that is intended to welcome various audiences, including families, students, seniors, culture enthusiasts, individual visitors, and foreign guests. This initiative is expected to enhance the cultural and educational offerings of the Pažaislis Monastery, making it a more attractive destination for diverse groups.
