In an effort to transform the urban landscape of the Pašilaičiai district in Vilnius, a new residential development project is set to replace old warehouses with three modern apartment buildings, valued at 25 million euros. These buildings will feature a total of 223 apartments, exceeding 10,000 square meters in total area, alongside 12 commercial spaces that will occupy approximately 570 square meters. The project is a response to the growing demand for residential and commercial infrastructure in the area, indicating a shift towards higher-density living and greater community amenities.
