In Honor of International Day of Forests, Forest Therapy Sessions Will Be Held

In celebration of International Day of Forests, Vytautas Magnus University (VMU) is organizing free forest therapy sessions aimed at fostering a profound connection with nature. According to VMU, forest therapy promotes a conscious presence in natural surroundings, encouraging participants to slow down, listen to their environment, observe details, and engage all their senses and imagination.
