On the night of March 14 to 15, the mobile communications operator SIA "Bite Latvia" will perform an important update of its mobile service management systems. This update is scheduled to take place from 10 PM on Saturday, March 14, until 7 AM on Sunday, March 15. During this period, several services will be inaccessible to users, impacting their usual operations significantly.

Customers will not be able to access the self-service portal "ManaBite.lv," nor will they be able to set or change cost control limits. Additionally, payment processing for service unblocking may experience delays. Other functionalities, such as the blocking and unblocking of numbers, will also not be available during the update. Users who are currently roaming may encounter temporary disruptions in incoming calls and text messages, affecting the reliability of these services.

In case of communication issues after the system update, the company advises users to restart their devices. If problems persist, customers in Latvia are encouraged to contact the support team for assistance. The update aims to enhance service delivery moving forward, despite the temporary inconveniences it may cause to users during the specified hours.
