This operation was reported to have led to the seizure of numerous litres of illegally stored petroleum products. The operation, announced by the Commissioner for Information, Prince Dotun Oyelade, showcases the state's commitment to enforcing the rule of law concerning petroleum trading activities.
The operation was executed under the leadership of key security figures, including the Executive Assistant to the Governor on Security Matters, CP Sunday Odukoya (retired), and the Executive Adviser to the Governor on Rule of Law Enforcement, CP Sonubi Ayodele Olufemi (retired).
