The allegations include negligence in emergency care, insufficient food for residents, and staff being required to perform cleaning and cooking tasks rather than providing the necessary care. In addition to these issues, the complaint details two instances of alleged sexual assault among residents, about which the management of the facility reportedly took no legal action after being informed. There is also a significant lack of resources available to provide adequate care for residents with high levels of dependency, with reports of administering medication without proper medical prescriptions, and nights when only one caregiver was present to look after 43 elderly individuals.
