Korea Cyber University announced that it successfully hosted an online entrance ceremony and orientation for the 2026 academic year at its Gye-dong campus. The event saw the participation of university president Lee Won-kyu, faculty staff, students, and new and transfer students from 22 departments. The ceremony included formal proceedings such as the national anthem, welcoming addresses, an oath by student representatives, and the presentation of scholarships to distinguished students.

In his welcoming address, President Lee emphasized the institution's commitment to providing educational opportunities for students from diverse backgrounds, asserting that Korea Cyber University serves as a robust platform for lifelong learning.
