Seoul National University of Science and Technology Achieves Top Evaluation for ‘2025 Global Corporate Collaboration Program’
Seoul National University of Science and Technology's Global Collaboration Program has received a top rating for its outstanding contributions to business growth and stability, supporting 62 startups towards significant success.
Seoul National University of Science and Technology (Seoul Tech) has been recognized for its '2025 Global Corporate Collaboration Program', receiving a top evaluation from the supervising organization due to both impressive business growth results and stable program operation. The university's program supported a total of 62 startup companies, which collectively achieved sales of 169.3 billion won, exports of 3.7 billion won, and attracted investments totaling 48.9 billion won, alongside 233 overseas expansions and 168 new intellectual property registrations.
The program's tailored support system reflects the growth stages and demands of startups, aiding in commercialization, market validation, and investment connections with global corporations. Notably, first-phase participants reported sales of 161.9 billion won, exports of 3.5 billion, and significant domestic and global expansion activities, showcasing the program's effectiveness in fostering tangible growth and collaboration with large and medium-sized enterprises.
Director Jeong Gyeong-hee emphasized that the success of the program exemplifies the potential of startup companies when supported by systematic assistance from Seoul Tech, pledging to enhance support networks further to enable emerging startups to compete globally and facilitate their expansion abroad. This tailored approach highlights the university’s commitment to nurturing innovation and economic growth through its robust entrepreneurial support framework.
