Ultraviolette has launched a Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model, significantly reducing the price of its premium electric bike, the Ultraviolette X-47, by allowing customers to pay separately for the battery.
Ultraviolette, a maker of premium electric bikes, has introduced a Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model that allows customers to purchase the Ultraviolette X-47, an adventure motorcycle, at a much lower initial price. The implementation of BaaS means the bike is available at around 40% less, making the upfront cost significantly more accessible to potential buyers. By selecting the BaaS option, buyers can save up to ₹1 lakh on the overall price of the bike.
