Duksung Women's University in South Korea recently hosted the second training session for faculty from the National University of Battambang (NUBB) in Cambodia, marking a significant step in international academic cooperation. The event, held on the afternoon of the 19th of last month, sought to enhance collaboration between the two institutions through discussions on developing specialized academic programs in international trade and supply chain management, as well as establishing an agricultural distribution and processing center in Cambodia.

During the meeting, led by President Min Jae-hong, representatives from both universities shared updates on their partnership achievements and discussed future directions for collaboration. The conversations included detailed exchanges on systemizing location-based educational courses, establishing sustainable operational models, and strengthening ties with local communities. President Min emphasized the importance of continuous cooperation based on mutual trust, with an aim to translate their collaborative efforts into tangible outcomes for international development cooperation.

Duksung Women's University plans to expand its collaborations in the ASEAN region and establish a sustainable model for international development cooperation, further contributing to the development of Cambodian communities through enhanced educational and research initiatives.
