The Federal Institute of Bahia (IF Baiano) has initiated enrollment for 560 openings in its free preparatory course designed to assist students from public schools in Bahia. This initiative, part of the Partiu IF program, aims to enhance access to professional and technological education among underprivileged youth. The course will be offered across 14 campuses, which include various cities such as Alagoinhas, Catu, and Teixeira de Freitas.

This preparatory course is structured to last for eight months, consisting of 320 hours of instruction and is entirely free of charge. Each campus will accommodate 40 students, providing a total of 560 seats across the institution's campuses. Despite the opportunities presented by the course, it is important to note that completion in Partiu IF does not guarantee automatic admission into technical courses or the Medium Education programs at IF Baiano, and applicants must still go through the standard admission process.
