During the last week of the Apokries festival, which took place from February 16 to Clean Monday, February 23, the Attica Region officials conducted 1,374 economic and health inspections. These measures were implemented in accordance with the strict orders from Regional Governor Nikos Hardalias, aiming to intensify processes during festive periods to protect consumers' health and combat price gouging. The total fines levied amounted to 90,000 euros.
