The ongoing works of the fourth phase of the track replacement and 5G network installation project in the Athens metro are causing significant changes to the operating hours of several key stations. Due to these construction activities between the 'Syngrou Fix' and 'Syntagma' stations, authorities have announced that services will be disrupted during the night. Specifically, the stations Syntagma (Line 2), Akropoli, and Syngrou Fix will close earlier at 21:40 from Sunday to Thursday, which is two and a half hours before the regular end of service. Meanwhile, Syntagma station will still cater to Line 3 services to and from the airport.
