At the Freedom Monument, participants are set to gather for a support event for Ukraine, where they will collaboratively form a representation of the Ukrainian state. The event will include performance from 15 choirs and ensembles, engaging the audience in singing to express solidarity with Ukraine. It will begin with a moment of silence in remembrance of those whose voices have been silenced forever due to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine.

On February 24, additional events are scheduled to support Ukraine in the same location, where attendees can donate to assist Ukrainian residents through charity organizations such as "Ziedot.lv" and the association "Tavi draugi." Donation points will be available throughout the day, reinforcing community support for those affected by the war, especially in terms of providing warmth during the winter months.

From 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, the association "Tavi draugi" will hold a symbolic procession called "Light Path for Ukraine," commemorating the victims of the war. Participants will gather at Dome Square for a collective march toward the Freedom Monument, encouraged to bring light sources such as smartphones, flashlights, candles, or other symbolic representations of light, enhancing the event's significance in illuminating support for Ukraine during these challenging times.
