In Kaunas, Lithuania, a unity action titled "Freedom Shines. Radarom" is set to occur, emphasizing the importance of solidarity and ongoing support for Ukraine during this harsh winter. The event's organizers highlight the stark contrast between the pleasant winter in Lithuania and the severe conditions faced by Ukraine, indicating that community and continuous aid are vital during this critical time.

Participants are encouraged to bring both Lithuanian and Ukrainian state symbols as well as flashlights, which will serve as symbolic beacons of light illuminating the Student Square, located in front of the Unity Square. Mindaugas Reinikis, one of the event's organizers, underscores that this gathering is not only about supporting Ukraine but also reflects on the collective identity of Lithuanians as they stand in solidarity against aggression.

This marks the fifth time the community has come together for this action, with hopes that future gatherings will focus on rebuilding Ukraine once the conflict ceases and peace returns.
