A former dormitory-like apartment in Vilnius turned into stylish homes
A Vilnius apartment has been transformed into stylish and functional living spaces, exceeding the homeowner's expectations.
The recent redesign of a former dormitory-like apartment in Vilnius has led to a stunning transformation into stylish and functional homes. The homeowner, characterized by her charisma and style, had a clear vision for the transformation which, when harmonized with the expertise of professionals, resulted in an exceptional outcome, showcasing the power of collaborative design. The interior design drew from modern classic principles, enriched with art deco details and wallpapers that complement the overall look of the space.
The color palette incorporates light, earthy tones alongside plant-themed art deco motifs, while gold accents add a touch of glamour to the atmosphere. Particularly noteworthy is the design of the bathroom tiles, which evoke the tumultuous beauty of the ocean, creating a cohesive and inviting experience throughout the apartment. The homeowners have expressed their delight with the final result, feeling that their expectations have not only been met but surpassed.
This interior design project, executed by Ingrida ZmejauskienÄ—, was also a participant in the interior architecture competition "My Space 2025," organized by Lrytas in conjunction with the Lithuanian Architects' Association. This highlights the innovative aspects of the design, bringing recognition not only to the capabilities of the designer but also to the evolving landscape of contemporary interior design in Lithuania, where traditional living spaces are reimagined for modern lifestyles.
