Traffic restrictions in Vilnius will be in effect from February 13 to February 17 in various areas, affecting vehicle movement.

Starting from February 13 at 7 PM until February 17 at 4 AM, vehicle traffic will be closed on Gedimino Avenue from Šventaragio to Vilniaus Street. Additionally, from February 15 at 10 AM to February 16 at 9 AM, traffic will be banned on Šv. Jono Street and on Pilies Street between Literatų and Šv. Mykolo Streets, with exceptions made for local residents. On February 16, a complete traffic ban will be in place from 9 AM to 4 PM on these streets, indicating significant traffic disruption during this period.

Moreover, from February 16 at 9 AM to 6 PM, vehicles will not be allowed to use the segment of L. Stuokos-Gucevičiaus Street from Liejyklos Street to the building at L. Stuokos-Gucevičiaus St. 9, as well as the section of Totorių Street from Šv. Ignoto to Liejyklos Street, again with exceptions for event participants. Traffic will also be restricted on Universiteto Street and part of Liejyklos Street from 11:30 AM to 1 PM, and Gedimino Avenue will temporarily close from 2 PM to 4 PM, creating further potential challenges for the residents and visitors of Vilnius.

The local municipality emphasizes that these restrictions are necessary for upcoming events and aims to minimize disruption for residents and businesses, although the measures may lead to congestion and require careful planning for transportation during this time.
