The government of Piauí has announced a significant investment for the improvement of road infrastructure, allocating R$ 12 million for asphalt paving projects in ten municipalities statewide. This initiative, managed by the Secretariat of Infrastructure (Seinfra), aims to enhance mobility and quality of life for residents. The municipalities set to benefit from this project include Parnaíba, Alto Longá, Dom Inocêncio, Campo Maior, São Gonçalo do Piauí, Buriti dos Montes, União, Cajueiro da Praia, Olho D’Água, and Água Branca.

The projects are expected to cover an expansive area of over 137,000 square meters and will not only significantly improve transportation routes but also stimulate local development and economic growth.
