The main carnival events are scheduled to take place from Saturday, February 14, to Tuesday, February 17, starting at 7 PM daily. The festivities will feature performances from the Cortejo Maracatu Nação Noronha, the Bloco Unidos da Ilha, and various shows by well-known artists including Silvério Pessoa, Cleiton Santana, Nado Carvalho, and Jefferson Moura. This year's program aims to engage both residents and visitors in the cultural celebration while fostering local tourism, which has seen its fair share of challenges due to logistical organization and promotion.

In a novel addition to this year's events, the Administration has introduced a 'Ressaca de Carnaval', which aims to extend the carnival joy even after the traditional celebration days.
