Men steal R$ 108 thousand and a car during an invasion of a house in the rural area of Ubaíra
Three men broke into a house in rural Ubaíra, Brazil, stealing R$ 108,000 in cash and a Fiat Strada car.
On Monday morning (9), three men invaded a home in Boqueirão da Caçaramba, located in the rural municipality of Ubaíra in the Vale do Jiquiriçá region of Brazil. The intruders stole R$ 108,000 in cash and a white Fiat Strada car, executing the crime around 6 AM. The victims promptly reported the incident to the Military Police at their local station.
After being alerted, the 99th Independent Company of the Military Police (CIPM) conducted patrols in the area following the robbery. Despite their efforts, no suspects or the stolen vehicle were located. The local police emphasized that two of the three suspects were armed during the attack. The response from law enforcement highlights ongoing concerns regarding rural crime and public safety in the area.
The Civil Police later confirmed that the Territorial Delegation (DT) of Ubaíra is actively investigating the case.
