Piauí begins the land regularization of more than 100 properties in 3 municipalities
The government of Piauí is set to hold public hearings for the regularization of over 100 properties in three municipalities this week.
The government of Piauí, through the Secretary of Administration (Sead), is initiating a program to regularize more than 100 properties across three municipalities within the state. The program, named Casa Legal, aims to provide legal documentation and improve property rights for citizens. Public hearings will be conducted in Elesbão Veloso, Pimenteiras, and Ipiranga to discuss the details and enlist community participation.
In Elesbão Veloso, the hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, October 10, starting at 2:30 PM at the City Hall auditorium. This session will benefit 70 properties located in the Eufrazino Moura neighborhood. Simultaneously, a meeting in Pimenteiras also takes place on the same day, where 30 housing units in the Dantas neighborhood will be discussed. This indicates a significant effort by the local government to address property issues and ensures that residents have crucial opportunities to voice their concerns.
The third meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 11, in Ipiranga, at the local Chamber of Councilors at 9:30 AM. This meeting is part of the ongoing process of land regularization aimed at creating a clearer legal standing for homeowners and boosting overall community stability. The initiative reflects a broader commitment to property rights in Piauí, seeking to improve living conditions for residents and promote a more organized urban development strategy.
