A new residential project is being developed in Ķengarags

Construction company SIA 'Monum' will invest 19 million euros in the development of its first residential project in the Ķengarags area of Riga, comprising two apartment buildings with a total of 160 apartments, set to begin construction in the spring of 2026 and complete by the summer of 2027.
