Bonava Latvia is investing 11.5 million euros in the construction of two six-story apartment buildings in Torņakalns, Riga, offering 120 apartments with modern and sustainable features.
Bonava Latvia has announced a significant investment of 11.5 million euros for the construction of two six-story residential buildings in the Torņakalns area of Riga. These buildings will provide a total of 120 apartments, ranging from one to four rooms and covering areas between 42 and 79 square meters. This new development will complement an already planned building located on Jelgavas Street 51, which is expected to be completed and ready for occupancy this spring.
The initial building has already seen strong interest, with more than 60% of its apartments sold or reserved, while the upcoming buildings have secured over 20% reservations. There has been particularly high demand for three-room apartments among prospective buyers. As part of the project, the developers have aimed to incorporate modern and sustainable solutions, such as solar panels installed on the rooftops to partially cover electricity costs and individual ventilation systems with heat recovery for the apartments.
In addition to the residential units, the project will also feature essential amenities, including bike parking and car parking spaces equipped with electric vehicle charging infrastructure. The Hartman's Quarter development spans 3.3 hectares and reflects a commitment to innovative and environmentally friendly living solutions that align with contemporary housing demands in Riga.
