In a tragic accident on BR-251 near Salinas, Brazil, two drivers lost their lives in a collision between a bitrem truck and a flatbed truck on Friday, October 20. The crash occurred at kilometer 273, close to a restaurant, prompting an investigation by the Civil Police to determine the circumstances of the accident. According to the fire department, following the crash, the bitrem truck caught fire, leading to the death of its driver, who was trapped in the wreckage and burned.

A 25-year-old male passenger in one of the trucks was rescued by emergency services and transported to the Municipal Hospital of Salinas.
