Traffic changes in Aracaju for events this weekend
Traffic in Aracaju will be altered this weekend due to events such as a walk and a bike ride.
This weekend, significant traffic changes are expected in Aracaju, Brazil, on March 21 and 22, due to various local events including a walk and a bike ride, as reported by the Municipal Superintendency of Transport and Traffic (SMTT). The alterations will begin on Saturday at 15:00 along the Atalaia waterfront, which will affect local traffic patterns as participants gather for various activities.
On Sunday, from 8:00 AM, traffic modifications will focus on the central area and Coroa do Meio neighborhood. Temporary roadblocks will be implemented, and traffic agents will be on-site to manage the flow. The SMTT advises the public to exercise caution and, when possible, to utilize alternative routes to navigate the city safely during the events.
The events include a walk commemorating Adventist Youth Day, starting from the Caranguejo Walkway along the Atalaia waterfront and concluding near the lighthouse. Residents and visitors are encouraged to be mindful of the scheduled changes to avoid disruptions in their travel plans.
