Demonstrated how to expand 'Panorama': two new buildings will be constructed
The expansion of the shopping center 'Panorama' in Lithuania will involve the construction of two new administrative buildings adjacent to it.
In a move to expand the existing shopping center 'Panorama' located in Lithuania, plans have been unveiled for the construction of two new administrative buildings. The proposed sites for these buildings are positioned in the southwestern section of the property, adjacent to T. Narbuto and Stirnų streets. This addition aims to enhance the functionality and capacity of the area, while also improving accessibility for visitors and employees alike.
Currently, 'Panorama' features a primary building as its shopping center. As part of the new development, access is planned from multiple streets such as T. Narbuto, Stumbrų, Pieninės, and Saltoniškių. Notably, there will be an additional entry point specifically for building A from Stirnų Street, and building B will be accessible via the existing entrance to the underground parking lot of 'Panorama'. To further promote accessibility, a pedestrian exit from the parking lot is also being designed, ensuring a seamless connection between the shopping center and the newly constructed administrative buildings.
Besides the architectural developments, plans include landscaping enhancements, with the addition of green spaces and a fountain in front of 'Panorama'. This strategy not only seeks to expand the area but also to beautify it and make it more inviting for visitors and residents. The project reflects ongoing investments in urban development within Lithuania, aiming to create a more functional and aesthetically pleasing environment.
