Heleene Hollas and Liisa Remmelg, Estonia's top beach volleyball team, are set to begin their competition season in Tlaxcala, Mexico, participating in a Challenge-level tournament starting this Thursday, March 19. Originally, the duo aimed to start their season in India earlier this month; however, due to circumstances related to the Middle East, they were unable to fly there, marking their first competition on international sand in Mexico.

Remmelg expressed their eagerness to compete, acknowledging both the excitement and the typical pressures of early season matches. She highlighted the long and exhausting journey to Mexico, but reassured that they have successfully arrived and are ready to play. They are keen on easing into the tournament as they are aware that their initial games often come with challenges as they strive to find their rhythm on the court.
