The Estonian beach volleyball team of Mart Tiisaar and Dmitri Korotkov is set to start their second season under the new coaching of Dirk Boehle from the Netherlands. This transition comes as former coach Indrek Verro recognized the need for additional expertise, leading to the recruitment of Boehle, who was known to the team from his past experiences as a player. The collaboration developed somewhat serendipitously, with Boehle initially not planning to take on a coaching role despite receiving offers from the Dutch men's national team to assist them. Tiisaar noted that Boehle found their team appealing and recognized their potential, prompting him to take on this new challenge.
