On March 17 at approximately 10:07 PM, firefighters in Vilnius responded to a call regarding a fire in an apartment building on Bokšto Street. Upon arrival, they discovered that a bed was on fire in the apartment and received reports of heavy smoke coming from a neighboring flat. Firefighters swiftly conducted a rescue operation, ensuring the safety of the occupants.
During their response, they managed to evacuate a woman from the affected apartment. She was subsequently taken outside and handed over to medical personnel, as there were concerns about smoke inhalation. The woman was then transported to a hospital for further treatment, highlighting the urgency of the situation and the effectiveness of the emergency services.
