40 collaborators continue monitoring from Segura EP control room to detect curfew violations and coordinate with police in real-time

The C5 Control Center of Segura EP operates continuously during the curfew, with staff available 24/7 to monitor compliance and assist police operations.

The C5 Control Center of Segura EP is maintaining an uninterrupted operation during the curfew, with operational staff working around the clock, seven days a week. According to General Manager Álex Anchundia, the institution has sustained its response and coordination capacity during this period. During each shift, between 30 to 40 collaborators are present in the operations room, responsible for monitoring compliance with the curfew as well as managing regular city processes.

Anchundia emphasized that their support during the curfew is not their only focus, as they also continue with processes that fall under their jurisdiction. One of the center's main contributions during this period has been supporting the National Police through video surveillance. The C5 not only detects curfew violations but also coordinates real-time police intervention when such incidents occur.

Additionally, the C5 staff is involved in police operations, providing logistical resources such as vehicles and equipment to assist law enforcement efforts. This proactive approach not only reinforces law and order during the curfew but also integrates the operational capacity of local authorities in managing the city's security effectively.
