Águas das Agulhas Negras launches negotiation campaign in Consumer Month

Águas das Agulhas Negras is offering special payment conditions for customers with overdue accounts as part of its 'Não Vacila' campaign during Consumer Month.

Águas das Agulhas Negras has initiated a campaign titled 'Não Vacila' aimed at assisting customers with overdue bills. From now until March 31, customers who have been in default for over 90 days can negotiate their debts with significant discounts of up to 85%, depending on individual eligibility. Payments can be made through the company’s customer service channels, and clients also have the option to spread their payments over 21 months using a credit card, albeit with operator interest rates.

In addition to feasible payment terms, the campaign presents various incentives for residents of Resende, benefiting from the services of the Group's concessionaires. These benefits include waiving late payment interest and penalties, no interest on installment payments, and no reconnection fees. This initiative not only aims to help customers regularize their debts but also emphasizes the importance of valuing water services and keeping up with payment responsibilities.

The campaign aligns with a broader strategy to promote financial responsibility among utility customers while ensuring access to essential services. It highlights the company's commitment to customer engagement and support, reinforcing the significance of maintaining good standing on utility accounts, especially during challenging economic conditions.
