The initiative is available until March 31, 2026, and provides a 100% discount on fines and interest accrued due to late payments, along with an exemption of interest for those who opt to pay in up to six installments on their credit card.

This campaign is accessible for both individual and corporate contracts, and beneficiaries can take advantage of this offer through various service channels that the cooperative provides. These include in-person service at the Unimed Cuiabá Administrative Headquarters from Monday to Friday, an online option through the Unimed Cuiabá website for secure negotiations in the beneficiary's restricted area, and self-service machines designed to facilitate the negotiation process.

Payments can be made using cards from the Visa, Mastercard, and Elo brands, ensuring a variety of payment options for beneficiaries. The initiative not only aims to help customers manage their debts but also enhances the cooperative's relationship with its members by promoting transparent and accessible financial solutions that cater to their needs during Consumer Month.
