On the night of Friday, October 13, the São Paulo Civil Police arrested five men suspected of committing bank scams targeting fans outside Allianz Parque during a concert by the popular singer Luan Santana. The operation was carried out by the 1st Tourist Assistance Police Station (Deatur) after receiving multiple reports of criminal activity in the area surrounding the stadium. This proactive approach led officers to arrest the suspects as they were attempting to conduct fraudulent transactions.

During the arrest, police confiscated 95 credit and debit cards which were stolen from various victims, along with three payment machines. The investigation indicates that the suspects were operating by stealing cards from attendees while they made purchases from street vendors during the concert. This tactic allowed the scammers to blend in with the crowd while committing their crimes, raising concerns about safety for concertgoers and the potential for similar incidents at large events.
