Police arrest couple suspected of stealing 27 cell phones during Anitta's show in BH

The Military Police detained a couple suspected of stealing 27 cell phones during the "Ensaios da Anitta" concert held at the MineirΓ£o esplanade in Belo Horizonte on Saturday, February 7. They were apprehended shortly after leaving the event when a victim reported the theft and tracked her phone to the Europe neighborhood in Contagem. Using this information, the police intercepted a taxi carrying the couple, who were found with bags full of stolen cell phones.
The arrested individuals, both 32 years old, could not provide a satisfactory explanation regarding the origin of the cell phones, leading to their arrest and transport to a Civil Police station for questioning.
