The Military Police detained a couple suspected of stealing 27 cell phones during the "Ensaios da Anitta" concert held at the Mineirão esplanade in Belo Horizonte on Saturday, February 7. They were apprehended shortly after leaving the event when a victim reported the theft and tracked her phone to the Europe neighborhood in Contagem. Using this information, the police intercepted a taxi carrying the couple, who were found with bags full of stolen cell phones.

The arrested individuals, both 32 years old, could not provide a satisfactory explanation regarding the origin of the cell phones, leading to their arrest and transport to a Civil Police station for questioning.
