Weather to Change in Rajasthan on Sunday, Rain Expected in These Areas, Relief from Heat
The weather in Rajasthan is set to change on Sunday with light rain and strong winds expected in several areas due to a western disturbance.
The Indian Meteorological Department has announced that Rajasthan will experience a shift in weather patterns starting Sunday, prompted by a western disturbance. This disturbance is likely to bring light rainfall and gusty winds to various regions of the state. Specific areas such as Ajmer, Jaipur, Bharatpur, and districts in the Shekhawati region, as well as around Shriganganagar and Hanumangarh, are anticipated to witness these changes, including the possibility of a dusty thunderstorm in some parts.
As the weather fluctuations occur due to the western disturbance, the meteorological department predicts a potential decrease in maximum temperatures, likely to stay below 40 degrees Celsius in the coming days. This drop in temperature is expected to provide some relief from the intense heat that has been prevalent. Recently,Barmer recorded the highest temperature in the state at 39 degrees Celsius, followed closely by Chittorgarh which registered 38.8 degrees Celsius.
This weather update is significant for the residents of Rajasthan, who have been enduring high temperatures. With the forecast of rain and cooler temperatures, there may be improvement in agricultural conditions and a reduction in heat-related stress for the populace. The changing weather also raises concerns about potential local disturbances, but overall, it presents an opportunity for much-needed respite from the recent heat waves affecting the region.
