Latvia's Eiduka finished in 12th place in the Women's 50km freestyle event at the World Cup, narrowly missing a top ten finish by just a few seconds.

In a thrilling 50km freestyle race at the World Cup, Swedish skier Frida Karlsson took victory, finishing in 2 hours, 7 minutes, and 48.2 seconds. She was joined on the podium by her compatriots Linna Svana and Jonna Sundling, who completed the race in tight competition, separated by only four-tenths of a second.
