The "Jornada Dona de Si" program, initiated by the Fundação Casas Bahia in partnership with the Instituto Dona de Si, is offering free training to women living in communities in Salvador. With 300 spots available, the course aims to empower women through professional capacity building and entrepreneurial skills. Applications are open until April 8th and can be completed online.

In total, the initiative includes 1,500 openings across five Brazilian capitals, reiterating its focus on supporting women in underserved communities.
