The VOAH platform, which specializes in strategic communication and branding, has launched an initiative named MARA to assist women-led groups, associations, or collectives in Bahia, Brazil by providing free consultancy. Organizations throughout the state are encouraged to apply for this support, where two selected collectives will receive six months of personalized consultancy services aimed at enhancing their organizational capacity and visibility.

The consultancy program will include a thorough diagnosis and strategic planning phase, which focuses on aligning the collective’s narrative with growth objectives. Furthermore, there will be a brand review component, which involves scrutinizing the visual identity of the organizations to ensure they portray a strong and coherent image. Additionally, participants will receive assistance in developing their digital presence, which encompasses planning social media content and establishing effective positioning across various platforms.

Another significant aspect of this program is the connection to Rota Safira, a mentoring initiative by VOAH that facilitates networking and leadership development among women leaders. This connection aims to foster community and collaboration among participants, enhancing their capacity for strategic decision-making and outreach.
