Higienópolis receives a mega business complex worth R$ 600 million

Higienópolis, a key area in Londrina, will soon see the development of a R$ 600 million business complex that includes three towers, transforming its economic landscape.

Higienópolis has long been more than just a street; it is a central figure in the development of Londrina, Brazil. Situated at the intersection of Lapa and Dulcídio Pereira streets, just 300 meters from Lake Igapó, the area is set to welcome a new R$ 600 million business complex featuring three attractive towers. This initiative aims to reshape the local landscape and strengthen the economic vocation of one of the city's most prestigious addresses.

The project is spearheaded by Montreal Empreendimentos S.A., a company within the Montreal Group, which has been involved in every aspect of the development process, from land acquisition to the completion of the towers. The Khouri Corporate complex will serve as the headquarters for Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), part of the Tata Group, and is anticipated to house 4,800 employees. Although the 14 floors of each of the three towers are designated for the multinational firm, the ground level will feature shops, cafes, and charming restaurants, aiming to create an inviting atmosphere for both employees and visitors.

This strategic location is expected to have significant urban impact, not only enhancing the attractiveness of Higienópolis but also promoting economic growth in Londrina. As the area becomes a hub for business activity and vibrant social engagement, it showcases the potential for urban redevelopment and the importance of investing in infrastructure that supports both local economies and communities.
