Cyber Hankuk University of Foreign Studies has officially announced that it has successfully met all evaluation criteria established by the Ministry of Education during the 'Second Cycle Remote University Institutional Evaluation.' This assessment evaluates the quality of education and operational capabilities necessary for cyber universities, conducted under the auspices of the Ministry and the Korea Educational & Research Information Service (KERIS). The evaluation encompasses six critical areas: university philosophy and management, curriculum, classes, faculty, students, and remote education infrastructure, which collectively serve as indicators for ensuring the quality of education at cyber universities.

The university demonstrated solid operational stability and competitive educational prowess by fulfilling all criteria across 52 evaluation indicators in the six areas. This recognition is seen as a significant acknowledgment of Cyber Hankuk's persistent efforts to create a robust educational environment and learning support system tailored to the online higher education landscape. It reflects the university's commitment to differentiated educational competitiveness since its inception in 2003, drawing upon the educational philosophy and expertise of Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, specializing in foreign language and regional studies.

Moreover, the incorporation of innovative academic operations, such as AI tutors and Q&A chatbots, along with flexible educational approaches like micro-degrees based on clip-based educational content, have substantially enhanced learner-centered support systems, which contributed to positive evaluations.
