Four individuals have been indicted for the murder of 23-year-old Maria Eduarda Ferreira Sena Reis during a conflict between criminal factions in Teresina, Brazil.
Four individuals have been indicted for the shooting death of Maria Eduarda Ferreira Sena Reis, who was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head in October 2025 in the Santa Maria da Codipi area, North Zone of Teresina. According to investigator Nathalia Figueiredo from the Homicide and Protection of the Person Department (DHPP), the suspects—Michardson Romário Pereira da Costa, Layrisse, Francisco Rodrigues, and Adrielly—have been charged with qualified homicide and involvement in criminal organizations, and all are currently in custody.
