Second cycle of the CAFF Work program powered by Viohalco

The Viohalco company is opening fifteen new positions for youth aged 18-30 as part of the second cycle of the CAFF Work vocational training program in Greece.

Viohalco is launching the second cycle of its CAFF Work program, aimed at offering fifteen new job opportunities for young individuals aged 18-30 who wish to build a stable professional career in the industrial sector in Greece. This initiative responds to two significant challenges currently facing Greek society and the economy: youth unemployment and the growing shortage of skilled technical personnel. The program's first cycle resulted in full-time job placements for participants within Viohalco companies. The CAFF Work program is designed with targeted training in mind, developed by the Institute for Vocational Training of the Hellenic Federation of Enterprises (IBEVPE-SEV). Participants will receive education in essential maintenance practices and the proper use of equipment, engaging in workshops that simulate real production environments while adhering to modern industry standards. This approach not only provides technical skills but also strengthens essential competencies such as communication and teamwork. In conclusion, the training program seeks to equip the future workforce with the necessary skills to thrive in the industrial sector, ultimately aiming to reduce youth unemployment and address the skills gap in the Greek economy. As these young individuals gain valuable experience and knowledge, both they and the companies they join stand to benefit from a more competent and capable workforce that can meet the demands of modern industry.
