To be eligible, candidates must be at least 16 years old and currently enrolled in either high school, professional education programs, adult education (EJA), or higher education, ensuring active engagement in their academic pursuits.

The application process is free and is set to remain open until March 20, with submissions made through the Caixa website. Applicants are required to indicate their city of interest, state, and level of education at the time of registration. This structured approach allows the Caixa to efficiently manage applications and ensure that the right candidates are matched to available internships in their respective regions.

Internship positions provide varying workloads depending on the education level: high school and technical students will work 20 hours per week, earning a stipend of R$ 500, while university students are expected to contribute 25 hours per week, receiving a higher compensation. This program not only facilitates professional development for students but also aims to contribute to local job markets by engaging young individuals in practical work experiences.
